Cultural Concerns is a small Wales-based company focusing on culture
and the arts as a means of empowering individuals and communities, by organising
practical projects and advising on policy development relating to participatory
arts projects and grass-roots cultural activity.
Everyone can
be - and can benefit from being - creative, and this applies particularly to individuals
and groups who are socially excluded or disadvantaged in some way. Cultural
Concerns provides practical activities, advice, information, resources and support

development of better links between the arts, personal development and community
regeneration.
